• The solenoid pack, commonly responsible for electrical shift related issues has been completely remanufactured in house.including disassembly, cleaning and testing independently.
• Every fully remanufactured valve body, with complete system correction and recalibration kit, is tested independently.
• To prevent overdrive planet failure due to lack of lubrication and to increase durability, the planets have been rebuilt and TIG welded.
• To combat erratic shifting due to high wear, the servo and servo pin have been realigned and modified using in-house custom tooling and bushings.
• The completely remanufactured pump, with a new pump cover bushing machined in place and a new flow control valve, has been assembled in a custom alignment fixture to provide consistent internal pressures, improved lubrication, and eliminate noise, slipping, and delayed engagement.
• All-new custom-spec bushings to improve internal fluid flow control and pressures
• All wear-prone valves are restored to stringent specifications and vacuum tested to confirm proper function.
• To prevent torque converter vibration and damage, we’re provided, installed, and aligned a flex plate adapter.
• The pump also features a custom-spec front stator bushing and a new rear bushing to better support the input shaft and improve lubrication control.
• Fully remanufactured torque converter is tested for leaks, lock-up, concentricity, and balance. Upgrades exceed OE requirements and eliminate the possibilities of front seal leaks, premature bushing wear, and vibration.
• Complete road simulation dynamometer testing program called CARS (Computer-Aided Road Simulation). Every transmission is cold- and hot-tested while using full synthetic automatic transmission fluid, and filtration system.

A. Yes, it can. Residential (limited access/lift-gate) deliveries are $75 total, for the delivery of the new transmission and return of the old core.

A. No, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to schedule your core return. Need more time? No problem, just let us know.
Q. How is the transmission shipped?
A. Transmissions are shipped via truck freight (18-Wheeler) through FedEx Freight or R&L Carriers. Depending on your location another carrier may be chosen to better service your area.
Q. How is the transmission packaged?
A. Your order will arrive securely strapped inside a sealed high strength polyethylene (plastic) container.
Q. How do residential deliveries work?
A. For residential deliveries, the carrier must transfer your transmission onto a smaller truck for delivery. The carrier will then call you directly to schedule an appointment for delivery. Because of the extra steps involved residential deliveries are $75 extra.
Q. What else will I need for install?
A. Depending on your transmission type some external components may need to be transferred over from your original transmission. For example, the neutral safety switch, speed sensor, tailhousing etc.
Q. Does the transmission come with fluid? What ATF fluid will I need?
A. Your transmission will arrive with approximately 1-3 quarts of full synthetic ATF in it from testing. The torque converter is already primed with fluid and does not need to be removed. You will have to top the transmission off with fluid before operating. We recommend using our full synthetic ATF or any popular brand full synthetic ATF.
